What conditions do you work with?
I work with the person, rather than focusing on the condition. I seek to provide education regarding general wellness and nutrition, guide clients is setting health goals, provide options, recommendations, guidance, motivation, and skill-building to establish healthier lifestyle routines; and support mechanisms for achieving client-focused personal health goals
What does a typical session look like?
The initial session we will dive into your diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and more. A holistic approach addresses the whole person and we will work to support your body's healing mechanisms. Health coach sessions are centered on creating goals to promote positive change in your life. We focus on breathwork and improving mindset to facilitate greater health.
What is your training?
I received my health coach training through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I received my nutrition consultant training through Hawthorn University and am certified through the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. I also hold a Masters Degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I am constantly seeking to improve my skill set and knowledge and have most recently done trainings through The Whole Health Project, The Health Sciences Academy, ACE Behavior Change Specialist continuing education, and Positive Intelligence. I LOVE learning!!
How do I make an appointment?

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! I work with local clients at a location convenient to them or meet with distance clients via phone or video conferencing.
Do you take insurance?
I do not work directly with insurance companies. I can provide a superbill at the end of sessions to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement (if health coaching is covered by your insurance.) You may be able to use your HSA to pay for sessions.
What types of payments do you accept?
I accept payments through zelle, venmo, or paypal.
